He be a proud amateur musician, fan of dogs, food, design ‘n arts, ‘n he be extra joyful (except on early monday mornin’s). I’m not your average marketing manager. I tried to be one, I was one but I was not happy. After working for 10 years in marketing, I found that you should do what you love, what drives you and what makes you, YOU. I do love brands, I truly love marketing, I really love (good) design and I love (passionate) people, to connect with them and feel something. Now this is what I do: I work with brands (and people) to make them realize their full potential. I’m flying solo now, setting my own pace and working with the brands (and people) that truly believe in.

Ahoy Pirates! My name is Lina and during my life I’ve experienced different ways of learning and teaching. First as a primary teacher, a wonderful experience that teach me that in life, we should always make things with joy, passion, not being afraid to make it different, try new approaches, always learning, see the world colorful and most important always “keeping it simple”. Later on, as a consultant and trainer I use the same principles with adults, using creativity and innovation to solve problems and implement change. Recently, I´ve been feeling the call of social causes…and that´s what I want to focus on! I´m looking forward to meet the rest of the crew!! “You may say I’m a dreamer, but I’m not the only one…”

Inspired by an awesome pirate called Derek Sivers, I’m a pirate who is no longer saying “yes” to projects I’m only kind of interested in – it’s either “HELL YEAH” or “no.” Now that’s a great pirate mantra to live by -”HELL YEAH” or “no.” As Grace Hopper one day said: “A ship in a port is safe but that’s not what ships are built for.” So sail out to sea and do what you love. Work on awesome projects you believe in and be passionate about everything you do, but don’t commit to anything that doesn’t make you say Hell Yeah. Arrr!

Arrr, me hearty! This pirate has only one leitmotiv in life… If you’re not dreaming your future, you’re already dead! Doesn’t matter, that you’re still breathing… Zombies can breathe! His dreams have taken him to all the continents, and most of the seas. They have pushed him to sail with storms, dive with sharks, fly with birds, and drink magic potions with xamans in the Amazon forest. This pirate is still hungry and addicted to life, as when he started, and he will keep searching his treasure, or die trying… Arrrrr !
